Location/ Directions | 45 minutes southeast of downtown Houston, Texas. Take Interstate 45 south to Galveston Island, Exit Harborside Drive east to 25th Street. The festival site is located in downtown Galveston on The Strand and Mechanic Street between 20th and 25th Street. |
| Comments | No electric. No generators. Closing is 9pm Saturday and 6pm Sunday. Vendor payment due Sep 1. Merchandise must be in keeping with Victorian period. Handmade goods preferred and encouraged. Booths must be appropriately decorated for the Victorian era; no exposed metal supports or plastic canopies. No plastic or hand-lettered signs. Booths must have appropriate theme-related name. Vendors must be appropriately dressed in full Victorian costume. |
