Location/ Directions | From Birmingham, Al: Take I-59 North towards Gadsden approx 32 miles. You will pass a rest stop and take the very next exit, exit 166 (Steele,Ashville) Follow well placed signs about 10 miles to Horse Pens 40. From Gadsden, Al: Take I-59 South towards Birmingham approximately 12 miles. Take exit 174, (Steele). Turn right at the exit towards Steele and follow well placed signs to Horse Pens 40. |

| OnSite-Facilities | Primitive camping is available for $10.00. Free for SCA members with membership cards. R.V. space and utilities are available for $4.00 a day. Electricity and water can be made available to merchants who request it. There are modern bathrooms and showers available plus extra porto-potties. There is an on-site store with ice, camping supplies, and grocery items available. There is also an on-site kitchen and bar which will be serving fast foods and beer/liquor during the fair. |
