Location/ Directions	The North Carolina State Fairgrounds are located at the intersection of Blue Ridge Road and Hillsborough Street near downtown Raleigh, NC. From I-40 enter the I-440 loop, the fairgrounds lie just outside the I-440 loop at the Hillsborough Street exit.
