Earlier in his career, Sir Thomas Baskerville had sailed with Sir Francis Drake to Panama and the New World.

Since his return, he has command a Company of Foote which was sent to the Netherlands (the "Low Countries") to aid in the Protestant Cause. At this time, he and his men are back on English soil for a well deserved rest and to aggressively raise and train more troopes in the manuevers of Pike and Shotte.

Upon the completion of this task, he and his men will return to Flanders to nobly fight against the Catholic influences dwelling there.
